Identity for an architectural practice.

The colon sign is normally used in architecture to define scale, 1:100, 1:1000 etc. So in architecture it is used as a way to describe a relation between numbers, sizes or distances. We wanted to use it to also mean a relation between names, people, information and letterforms. 

So the idea here is to take this architectural symbol and use it as typographic tool as well. 

We wanted to customise the colon sign itself to give it a three-dimentional aspect also. And this then of course led to custom emojis!
